This business originally started up in the early 1980s as Tom Wakeford Estate Agents. It was a sole proprietor until 1994 when the owner decided to purchase a franchise, namely: Realty 1 Elk.
The business is currently owned by Sarita Schutte and Trudie Engelbrecht and registered in XTS Eiendomme.
Our 10 agents are professionals with superior knowledge of all the developments and residential areas in and around the Hartbeespoort area.
